Our Coffee
Why Robusta, Not Arabica?
Most specialty coffee is Arabica: lighter, brighter, and far more familiar. We built this house on Vietnamese Robusta from the Central Highlands instead: a dense, full-bodied bean with a thick natural crema and notes of Dark Chocolate, Toasted Hazelnut, and Brown Sugar.
It is the bean Vietnamese cafés have poured for generations, and the backbone a proper cafecito demands, made to carry sugar, condensed milk, and ice without fading. One bean, chosen on purpose.
A Cup That Travels
One sip lands you at a marble café table in Saigon, condensed milk sweet at the bottom of the glass. The next is a Miami ventanita at three in the afternoon, thimble cups passed around before anyone asks. Dark Chocolate, Toasted Hazelnut, Brown Sugar, and a finish that lingers like good conversation.
Crafted With Tradition
We roast in small batches, dark and slow, the way both of our traditions demand, never rushed past the point where Dark Chocolate and Brown Sugar show up. The phin taught us patience. The cafecito taught us generosity. Every bag carries both.
