FEVIBA OUR STORY

The House of Bold Coffee

Every Feviba cup begins the same way: slowly. A small glass, a patient pour, a moment that refuses to be rushed. Coffee, for us, has never been a transaction, it is a ritual of generosity, a reason to sit down together, and an invitation to stay a little longer.

Our History

Feviba grew from one household shaped by Cuba, Vietnam, and South Florida. Founded by the Suarez-Ngo family, the house begins where the two names meet: Cuban coffee on one side, strong, sweet, and never poured for only one person, and Vietnamese coffee on the other, the slow rhythm of the phin, the depth of Robusta, a ritual built on patience.

Two traditions. The methods were different; the instinct was the same. In both families, coffee is a reason to pause, to welcome someone in, and to share what is on the table. Feviba is the house where those two worlds share one.

The Bean We Chose

We source a single origin: Vietnamese Robusta from the Central Highlands, where volcanic soil and high-altitude farms produce a bean that is unapologetically bold, dark, chocolatey, and generally more caffeinated than Arabica. It is carefully sourced and roasted to highlight its nostalgic sweetness and layered depth, never to tame it.

Discover Our Coffee

One bean, two traditions. From Vietnam: the bean and the patient phin filter. From Cuba: the espumita whipped by hand, and the cafecito offered before you can ask.

The Floor We Stand On

The diamond in our logo draws from floors like these, the patterned cement tiles found in homes and cafés across both Vietnam and Cuba, the kind of rooms where coffee rituals actually happen. Wherever you see the diamond, you are in the house.
