Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship only within the State of Florida. Feviba operates as a cottage food operation under Florida Statute § 500.80, which allows us to sell and ship directly to consumers within Florida. We do not ship to other states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

Allergen notice: Our products may be processed in areas where other food allergens are also processed.

Processing Time

Our coffee is roasted in small weekly batches and ships from stock. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight (UPS). Delivery within Florida typically takes 1–3 business days after your order ships.

Free standard shipping on orders over $50.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed. Carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 7 days at contact@feviba.com. We'll ask you to allow us to file a claim with the carrier first; once the claim is resolved (or if the carrier confirms loss), we'll reship your order or refund you.

Incorrect Addresses

We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you catch an error, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address if the order hasn't shipped.
