Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, up to 48 hours before your next renewal, changes made within 48 hours of a renewal take effect on the following shipment. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
