Our Guarantee
Because coffee is a consumable product, we handle returns a little differently than most stores, and we stand behind every bag.
Unopened products. If you're not satisfied, you may return unopened, sealed products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Opened products, Satisfaction Guarantee. If your coffee doesn't taste right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. No need to send it back.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@feviba.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with return instructions.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item) - in that case we cover it. There are no restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve your claim), we'll notify you and refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@feviba.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and sale/clearance items cannot be returned. Subscription shipments cannot be returned, but they are fully covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee above.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way: return the unopened item, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
