This website is operated by Feviba Coffee Company ("Feviba", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Cottage Food Operation

Feviba coffee roasting operates as a cottage food operation under Florida Statute § 500.80. Accordingly:

Our products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations. Our products may be processed in areas where other food allergens are also processed. All sales are made directly to the end consumer; products may not be purchased for resale, wholesale, or consignment. We sell and ship only within the State of Florida.

3. Products & Pricing

We sell coffee and related goods. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but packaging may vary. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe are placed for resale, or orders with delivery addresses outside Florida.

4. Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or placed with inaccurate information.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you select until cancelled. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account, up to 48 hours before your next renewal. Changes made within 48 hours of a renewal take effect on the following shipment.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Product Information Disclaimer

Our coffee is sold as a food product. Descriptions of flavor and brewing are for guidance only. Nothing on this site constitutes health or nutritional advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the Feviba name, logo, text, images, and "Bold Coffee Culture" materials, is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. User Comments & Submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our site may contain links or tools provided by third parties (including Shopify). We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The service and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feviba is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
